Customizations can be made by Administrators under Organization Settings. Find modules for uploading logos and organization data which will populate your Headers and Footers for all Reports, Forms, and Transactions.
From this page, click Database Object Order on the left side menu. A list of your Object fields will populate the screen, which can be clicked-and-dragged into the order you desire. You can also toggle field visibility from this page, which will affect Object information across your browser and mobile app. For mobile-specific customization, please read How can I curate my App?
