To generate a new report from a saved report template, first you will have to choose the objects you wish to be included in the report. You can find objects a few different ways in the ArtBinder system.
From the Objects page
- Go to the Inventory>Objects page from the top navigation bar
- Individually select the objects you would like to include in the report
OR
- Use the Filter/Sort tool to generate a specific list of works
- Choose Select All at the top of the page
From the Artist page
- Go to the Inventory>Artists page from the top navigation bar
- Select an Artist and click Objects on the left-hand navigation
- Individually select the objects you would like to include in the report
OR
- Use the Filter/Sort tool to generate a specific list of works
- Choose Select All at the top of the page
From a Show or List page
- Go to the Inventory>Shows or Lists page from the top navigation bar
- Navigate to the group of Associated Objects underneath the Show/List Info
- Select some or all the Objects you would like to include in the report
Once you’ve selected the Objects that you would like to include in the report, click Create Report from the left-hand navigation.
Choose the saved report template you would like run (for Single-Item reports, you can choose to include additional object images here) and name your report. For Multi-Column reports, you can choose to display the report title on the exported document and set formatting options, or check the box to omit.
When you are ready to run the report, select either Export as PDF or Export as DOC, and then EXPORT. Your Report will download in Exported Reports.
