Fields across all Forms are editable, including:
- Form Numbers
- Dates
- Payment Types
- Ship To/Bill To Addresses
- Invoice Statuses
- Discounts and/or Taxes
- Terms
- Notes
To edit the data above, you may either click into each respective field directly and type your desired result; or, alternatively, some portions of a Form will require you to add a new option using a (+) icon. (ie) adding Discounts or Additional Costs.
To Customize the Object information available on a Form and/or format visible fields, navigate to Customize towards the top-right hand side of your Form. A module will appear with a list of checkboxes you may opt in and out of. Once you’ve made your desired options, click Save. You should now see your edits reflected in your Form.
