How can I make sure my images and object records automatically match?

You can automatically sync images with the corresponding objects using Inventory ID or Image Filename. ArtBinder will only match 1 primary image to an object. If you have additional image views, you can associate them directly from the object details page.

Inventory ID

1. Create your Excel file. You must include an Inventory ID column and input a unique value for each object.
2. Name all corresponding images for each object by the exact Inventory ID.
3. Upload your Excel file using the Excel Importer.
4. Then, upload your image files in Bulk Actions.

Image Filename

1. Create your Excel file. You must include an Image Filename column and input a unique value for each object.
2. Upload your image files in Bulk Actions.
3. Then, upload your Excel to ArtBinder using the Excel Importer.
