Once you have connected an email address to your ArtBinder account, you will be able to compose and send emails from ArtBinder's web application.
From the Objects page
- Go to the Inventory > Objects page from the top navigation bar.
- Individually select the objects you would like to include in the email.
- Once you’ve selected the Objects that you would like to include in the email, click Create Email from the left-hand navigation.
- Select your preferred image, field, and document settings in the Customize Email modal.
- Select Next to compose the email.

You will be able to add more Objects mid-composition, but you will not be able to add additional object info fields once you've reached this step. You can manually add/remove any information you would like from the email body during composition.

Once an email has been composed and ready to go, click Send. The email will be sent from your connected email account’s outbox.
From the Shows and Lists page
- Go to the Inventory>Shows or Lists page from the top navigation bar.
- Enter a Show or List.
- Individually select the objects you would like to include in the email.
- Repeat steps above.
